Summary
There may be occasions when you need to change the code an advisory gets stamped with automatically when it gets resolved, this article explains how to change this code to what ever you require.
More Information
Go to " Systems Workshop Maintenance Options Parameters Advisory Work Parameters".
- Here on the lower part of the options screen you will see the "Automated remedy code".
- This Defaults to '050 - Auto Rem' but this can be amended to any other remedy code you require.
- To search for an existing remedy code press <Ctrl+F1> to open the "Remedy Code Search" window and press <Enter> to list the existing codes.
- Click the [Close] button.
Information: There will not be an accept prompt as this setting is saved automatically. |
WARNING: For this setting to become active users will need to exit from the Workshop system and re-enter. |
