Summary
This article explains how to change the length of time for which a completed advisory is held on file.
More Information
Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'advisories'.
- "Keep completed advisories for" displays the number of years they will be retained on file.
- This defaults to '3' years but can be changed to the number of years you require up to 99 years.
Setting this field to '0' will mean advisories with a remedy code will be purged immediately and cannot be recovered. |
- Click the [Close] button.
