How do I change the time for which a completed advisory is retained?

Summary
There may be instances whereby you need to increase or decrease the amount of time a completed workshop advisory remains on the system for, this article explains how this can be changed.
More Information
Go to " Systems Workshop Maintenance Options Parameters Advisory Work Parameters".
- At the bottom of the options you will see "Keep Completed advisories for".
- This Defaults to '3' years but can be changed to any other amount in years you require.
WARNING: Setting this field to '0' will mean advisories with a remedy code will be purged immediately and cannot be recovered. |
- Click the [Close] button.
Information: There will not be an accept prompt as this setting is saved automatically. |
WARNING: For this setting to become active users will need to exit from the Workshop system and re-enter. |
