Summary
This article explains how to set the service defaults and first service after sale for units by model.
More Information
Go to " Unit Sales Maintenance Options Add or Edit Models".
- In the "Search on" field, type the model code or description and click [Search] to find the model.
- Click [Edit] or press <F5> to open the "Model Properties" window.
- Click the [Defaults] tab.
- The standard service interval can be entered in the "Service months" field.
- Click the [New] tab.
- You can enter the first service interval after the sale of a new unit in the "First service" field.
- Click the [Used] tab.
- You can enter the first service interval after the sale of a used unit in the "First service" field.
- If any of these fields are left as '0', the system defaults will be used.
- Once you have made the changes, click [Done] and [Accept].
