Summary

This article explains how to add your own Problem codes for the Workshop advisories. The Problem codes can only be created from inside a workshop job.

More Information

Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment.

Go to " Workshop Workshop Diary".

  • This will show the Diary for the current week and have today's date highlighted.
  • Either create a new job or edit an existing job. Before you can enter any advisories, you must have allocated a unit to the job.
  • Click the [Advisories] button to take you to the "Workshop Advisory Work" Screen.
  • This will either show a list of existing advisory items or bring up the screen to enter new advisory information.
  • Click on the "Problem Code" and press <Ctrl+F1> and press <Enter> This will show you a list of existing problem codes.
    • Either:
      • Select an existing one and click [Edit].
    • Or:
      • Click the [Add] button to add a new problem code.
        • Enter a "Problem Code" and press <Enter>.
        • Enter a "Description" for the "Problem Code".
        • Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
