How do I create quick sale buttons?

When selling through the Point of Sale screen you may wish to create buttons which act as shortcuts when selling regular items.
Go to " Stock Control Maintenance Options Quick Search Settings"
Panels
- In the "Panel selection" on the left of the screen, select a free panel and press <F5> to amend the settings.
- At "Text" enter a name for the panel e.g. 'Jackets', 'Gloves' or 'Crisps' (Maximum 10 characters).
- You may select a colour for the panel text and background.
- Click [Save].
Buttons
- Making sure you are on the panel to add stock to, click "Button 1".
- At "Text" enter a name for the button e.g. 'BLK SML', 'MED' or 'Plain' (Maximum 10 characters).
- Enter the "Stock Code" for the specific stock item to link to the button e.g. the black small jacket or plain crisps. Use <Ctrl+F1> to search for and select your stock code.
- You may select a colour for the button else it will default to the panel background colour.
- Click [Save].
- Repeat to add buttons to the panel.
Continue adding panels, and buttons within panels, until you have your choices created.
When selling stock using Point of Sale, select the [Quick] tab to add items to the invoice using the buttons.
