Summary
If you sell on eBay, you can have all of your eBay sales automatically created in Platinum Sales Order Processing, saving you the time of finding or creating customer records and letting you concentrate on the important business of sending goods to your valuable customers.
More Information
This new link builds on top of the proven Platinum O system that can allow sales from all of your e-commerce websites to be imported into your Sales Order Processing system, with a new interface that downloads your sales direct from eBay as they happen.
To set up the eBay link into your system please contact our sales staff.
Preparation
In order for your eBay sales to be imported into Platinum with the minimum of effort it is important that the items sold can be identified with their corresponding Platinum stock codes. In each of your eBay listings you should enter the Platinum stock code into the:
- "SKU" (Stock Keeping Unit) or
- "Custom Label" fields.
These are not generally available in the basic eBay " Sell an item" interface. Instead you must use one of the many available power selling tools, such as eBay's free Turbo Lister. Using such a tool is essential when you have a high number or turnover of eBay sales.
