As this is a convenient one-button click to process the actions decided by the system, you will want to filter out some of the  ''"Actions Due"'' such as '''P'''re '''D'''elivery '''I'''nspection's.

=== Creating a Filter for Specific Actions and Assigning it to the action ===
In order to stop certain ''"Actions Due"'' from appearing in the {{Menu|Retention Centre}}, you will first need to create a filter for the action. To do this you will need to create either a {{VS}}, {{RP}} or {{WS}} report generator report. ''In this example we will be stopping PDI jobs from appearing in the {{WS}} side of the {{Menu|Retention Centre}}.

Go to {{PlatinumModuleSettings|{{WS}}|Retention Centre Settings}}.
*Click on the "Action" that you wish to set-up a filter for.
*Click on {{Button|Filter}} or press {{KeyPress|F7}}.
*Set the {{DataPrompt|Report system:}} to {{DataValue|Workshop}}.
*Set the {{DataPrompt|Report type:}} to {{DataValue|User}}.
*On {{DataPrompt|Report code:}} press {{KeyPress|C-F1}}.
**On the ''"Report Search"'' screen that pops up click on {{Button|Add}} or press {{KeyPress|F6}}.
***On {{DataPrompt|Report code:}} enter a unique 3 digit code, ''for example {{DataValue|PDI}}''.
