Summary

Using Real Time Labour/Employee Recording, you can record technician and employee activities. This article explains how you can view, print and report on the activities recorded.

Go to " Workshop Job Reports Job Reports Labour Activity Report" or " Personnel Planning Employee Activity Report"

  • The "Depot/Site" field will default to the stock depot or the site into which you are logged. This can be changed if required.
You can type in the name of the depot/site or press <F1>/<Shift+F1> to scroll through available codes. Alternatively press <Ctrl+F1> to search.
  • If you want to restrict this report to a particular technician or employee, you can enter their code in the "Technician/Employee" field. Press <Ctrl+F1> if you need to search for a code.
  • Enter the date range in the "Date from"and "to" fields to limit the report to a specific period.
  • To choose a specific "Activity" use the drop down button to select a code else leave blank for all activities logged in the period.
  • Click [Display] to show the results.

The information displayed includes per technician/employee:

    • The date of the activity.
    • The start and finish time of the activity.
    • The type of activity plus Workshop job number, if relevant.
    • The duration of the activity.
    • The location recorded at the start of the activity.
    • The location recorded at the finish of the activity.
You can launch a map showing the start or finish location by pressing the [Start] or [Finish] pin buttons on the toolbar.
  • To print the report click [Print] or press <Shift+F2>.
