How do I warn about duplicate items on workshop jobcards?

When booking items to a jobcard you may wish the system to warn you if the item has already been listed on the job.

To activate the feature go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings"

• At "Search on" enter 'Duplicate'.
• Click [Search].
• Select "Duplicate item check" and click [Edit].
• Choose 'System'.
• Enter '~DI'.
• Click [OK].

If the report can't be found please update your Platinum system to add this feature to your system.

• Click [Done] and [Accept].
