This article explains the calculation behind the "Days in Stock" column in the standard Unit Search box.

More Information

The number of days is calculated by deducting the Unit Purchase Date from the System Date. If the Purchase Date has not been entered, the system will use the date the unit record was created.

  • "Purchase Date" can be found on the [Purchase] tab of a unit record.
  • "Created Date" can be found by pressing <Ctrl+F2> from any field in a unit record.
