More Information
There may be instances whereby you wish to send some a screenshot of one of your Platinum screens to someone (e.g. If you have an error message that you wish to send to support for help with a fix - such as a Runtime error). This article explains how to deal with this.
Get to the screen you want to get a screen grab of.
- Press the <PRT SCR> (This is above the <Insert> button which is above the <Left Arrow>).
- Go into a program that can handle images such as Paint or Microsoft Word.
- Then open a new document and go to " Edit Paste".
- Your screen grab will appear on screen.
