Summary
This article explains what the various colours mean.
More Information
You may have noticed that the active Vehicle Sales Orders in your list on the " Unit Sales Unit Sales Documents" Screen are colour coded.
- Green = An Un-authorised Order
- Purple = An Authorised Order
- Yellow = A Quotation
- Red = A Locked Order (i.e. One that is in Use)
If there is and order highlighted in Red i.e. it is locked as the system thinks someone is in the order, yet on checking you find there is nobody actually using it you may need to clear some locked users out of the system. Click Here to take you to a Knowledge base article to help you clear these locked sales orders down. |
