Summary
The following article explains how to create or edit task statuses in Personnel Planning - Tasks Outstanding.
More Information
Go to " Personnel Planning Tasks Outstanding".
- Either click [Add] or press <F6> to create a new task or highlight an existing task and click [Edit] or press <F5> to edit a task.
- Move the cursor to the "Status" field and press <Ctrl+F1> to bring up the Task Status Search window.
- Press <F6> to create a new status.
- To edit an existing status click [Search] and [Edit] on the code to amend.
- Enter the code in the "Task Status" field e.g. 'ACT' for Active Tasks.
- Enter a suitable description in the "Description" field for your "Status" e.g. 'Active Task'.
- You may also amend the "Text" and "Background" colour for this status if you wish although take care not to clash with colour settings for a Task Type.
- Click [Done] and [Accept].
