When you update the "Android System WebView" app on your device, you cannot use Platinum Mobile whilst the update is in progress. This is due to a limitation within Android™.
 | If you have automatic updates turned on then the "Android System WebView" app will be updated in the background, and Platinum Mobile will automatically close to allow the update to complete. |
To use Platinum Mobile again, simply wait until the "Android System WebView" app has been successfully updated before launching it again.
