The following article outlines how to update and print the unit data sheet at the press of a button.
More Information
Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment. |
Testing the Data Sheet
Go to " Unit Sales Add or Edit Units".
- Find the unit for which you want to print the unit record.
- Press <F5> to edit the unit.
- Press <Shift+F5> to print a specific report.
- At "Report:", enter 'S' and one of the following options:
- 'MC1' Factsheet - Bike - Normal
- 'MC2' Factsheet - Bike - Detailed
- 'MH1' Factsheet - M'home - Normal
- 'MH2' Factsheet - M'home - Detailed
- Press <F2>.
Print the Data Sheet from a Unit
Set Up
You will only need to carry out this section once. Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'unit details'.
- For "Unit Details Report" select the report you require.
- Press <Esc>.
There will not be an [Accept] or [Ignore] prompt. This is normal and all changes will be saved. |
Printing the Data Sheet
Go to " Unit Sales Add or Edit Units".
- Find the unit for which you want to print the data sheet.
- Press <F5> to edit the unit.
- Press <F6> to print a Data Sheet for the unit in question.
