How do I Get Key Performance Figures for Parts, Clothing and Accessories?

This article will guide you through running of key performance report from the stock control system in order to see sales statistics on the sales in the Stock control system.

First, in order to run these reports your Platinum Software needs to be on the latest version of platinum. To Do this click here to download the latest release of Platinum.

Now that your Platinum system is running the latest version you can now run the new Key Performance Reports. To do this go to "Stock Control -> Stock Reports -> Key Performance Reporting."

• Here you will find reports for stock groups, the reports when ran will ask for a particular stock group and then output the information into a spreadsheet and produces a graph.

• As the reports outputs to a spreadsheet and produces a graph it is important that you have a program on that machine that can handle .xls files. (For example, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Spreadsheet, Open Office...)

When first importing into the spreadsheet there might be a warning. Informing you that the security does not allow the process to continue. If this happens you will need to;Click on "Tools" go to "Macros" then go to "Security" enabled Medium settings to be Prompted each time you run the report.
