Summary

This article explains how to create another Personnel Planning contact reason code.

More Information

Go to " Systems Personnel Planning Tasks Outstanding".

  • Enter a "Employee Code" of your choice and press <Enter>.
  • At this point press [Add] button or press <F6> to add a new "Task".
  • Enter a "Type" and "Account" code into the task and press <F6> to get into the contact details.
  • Go to the "Reason" Field and Press <Ctrl+F1>.
  • Here click the [Add] button or press <F6> to create a new "Reason" code.
  • Enter the new "Reason" code you require and press <Enter>.
'CUS' for Customer Follow ups.
  • Enter the "Description" for your "Reason" code.
'Customer Sale Follow up'.
  • Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the details.
