Summary
This article explains how to create a Personnel Planning Contact Reason code.
More Information
Go to " Systems Personnel Planning Tasks Outstanding".
- Enter an "Employee Code" of your choice and press <Enter>.
- At this point press the [Add] button or press <F6> to add a new "Task".
- Enter a "Type" and "Account" code into the task and press <F6> to get into the Contact details.
- Go to the "Reason" field and press <Ctrl+F1>.
- Click the [Add] button or press <F6> to create a new "Reason" code.
- Enter the new "Reason" code you require and press <Enter>.
'CUS' for Customer Follow ups. |
- Enter the "Description" for your "Reason" code.
'Customer Sale Follow up'. |
- Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the details.
