Summary

This article explains how to create a Personnel Planning Contact Reason code.

More Information

Go to " Personnel Planning Tasks Outstanding".

  • Enter an "Employee Code" of your choice and press <Enter>.
  • Click [Add] or press <F6> to add a new "Task".
  • Enter a "Type" and "Account" code into the task and press <F6> to create a Contact record.
  • Go to the "Reason" field and press <Ctrl+F1>.
  • Click [Add] or press <F6> to create a new "Reason" code.
  • Enter a three character code in the "Reason" field.
  • Enter a "Description".
  • Press <Esc> or click [Done].
  • Click [Accept].
  • Click [Done] and [Ignore] to exit without saving the contact record or complete your contact and click [Accept] to save it.
