Summary

This article explains how to create a new Personnel Planning contact type.

More Information

Go to " Systems Personnel Planning Tasks Outstanding".

  • Enter an "Employee Code" of your choice and press <Enter>.
  • At this point press the [Add] button or press <F6> to add a new "Task".
  • Go to the "Type" Field and press <Ctrl+F1>.
  • Click the [Add] button or press <F6> to create a new "Type".
  • Enter the new "Type" code you require and press <Enter>.
'URG' for Urgent Tasks.
  • Enter the "Description" for your "Type."
'Urgent Must Be Done ASAP !!!!'.
  • There is also a 'Colours' section. This is optional but can be useful to make contacts stand out. You can set a "Text" and "Background" Colour.
Urgent Must Be Done ASAP !!!!.
  • Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the details.
