Summary
This article explains how to create a new Personnel Planning contact type.
More Information
Go to " Personnel Planning Tasks Outstanding".
- Enter an "Employee Code" of your choice and press <Enter>.
- At this point press the [Add] button or press <F6> to add a new "Task".
- Go to the "Type" Field and press <Ctrl+F1>.
- Click the [Add] button or press <F6> to create a new "Type".
- Enter the new "Type" code you require and press <Enter>.
'URG' for Urgent Tasks. |
- Enter the "Description" for your "Type."

- There is also a 'Colours' section. This is optional but can be useful to make contacts stand out. You can set a "Text" and "Background" Colour.

- Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the details.
