Summary
This article explains how to create a new Personnel Planning contact type.
More Information
Go to " Personnel Planning Tasks Outstanding".
- Enter an "Employee Code" of your choice and press <Enter>.
- Click [Add] or press <F6> to add a new "Task".
- Go to the "Type" Field and press <Ctrl+F1>.
- Click [Add] button or press <F6> to create a new "Type".
- Enter a three character code in the "Type" field.
- Enter a "Description".
- To add a colour to the code select the "Text" and "Background" Colours. This can be useful in making contacts stand out.
- Press <Esc> or click [Done].
- Click [Accept].
- Click [Done] and [Ignore] to exit without saving the contact record or complete your contact and click [Accept] to save it.
