Summary

Attributes can be assigned to sales and purchase orders to categorise them e.g. to specify their source.

More Information

You may need to create attributes or configure your incoming order settings.

Configure Attributes

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Module Settings Sales Order Processing/Purchase Order Processing Add or Edit Sales/Purchase Order Attributes".

  • Click [List] to view your current list of attributes.
  • Click [Add].
  • At "Sales/Purchase order attribute" enter a 3 character code e.g. EMA.
  • Enter a suitable "Description" e.g. Email Order.
  • Click <Done> and <Accept>.
  • You can then continue adding as many attributes as required then click [Close].

Configure Incoming Orders

Assign to Orders

When creating or amending a Sales or Purchase Order you may select the [Attributes] tab.

  • Select the attribute to assign and use the -> button to transfer it to the "Allocated" section.
