Summary

You will see available stock displayed in all areas of Platinum where you are adding a stock item for sale, e.g. when adding an item to a Workshop Jobcard, to a counter sale etc.

The standard calculation being applied is:

Current Stock Quantity - Quantity on Sales Order

Counter Invoicing

The available stock value displayed in both Invoicing and Customer Orders and Point of Sale uses the above formula but also takes into account any items that have been left on screen in Invoicing and Customer Orders.

Checking Available Stock

Stock Enquiries can be used to view outstanding orders.
